Some students are academically gifted, while other students are well on their way to being the next Richard Branson.

Some students are thoroughly confused about what they want to study, while others seem to have been born convinced of their path in life.

Here's the thing: students come in all shapes and forms - and so should the advice and counselling they receive.

But too often, students end up hearing the same one-size-fits-all advice.

That’s why we’ve put together a panel of diverse, recently admitted students to Oxford, Cornell, and Dartmouth. Join us as they break down how they chose the school for them, the challenges they faced when applying, and their tips and advice for the next generation of aspiring hopefuls!

I already knew how to get good grades and test scores, but it wasn’t until I met with my strategist sophomore year that I realized the importance of extracurriculars. I had just been in school clubs and varsity sports, but was able to start working on a non-profit that we integrated heavily in my application to Harvard.
