Martin Walsh was the Assistant Dean of admissions at Stanford University and the Former Director of Admission at Santa Clara University, in addition to being a member of the University of Chicago’s Counselor Advisory Board. He has degrees in History, Education and Law and 12 years experience as a counselor for students and 10+ years experience training international school counselors.

Jamie attended Harvard, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Applied Mathematics & Economics as well as a Masters in Applied Math. At the age of 20, Jamie became one of the youngest students ever accepted to Stanford Graduate School of Business, and graduated as the youngest ever Arjay Miller Scholar at Stanford Business School with an MBA and MA in Education.  In 2018, Jamie earned a coveted Rhodes Scholarship to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy at the University of Oxford. 

He co-founded Crimson Education in 2013 and is a leading authority on US and UK university admission and the future of education. In 2019, Crimson Education won the Best Emerging Business at the Westpac Business Awards.

Ed began his career as a physical education teacher at a private junior and senior high school in Tokyo. After moving on to the board of education in Chiba and serving as an analyst of educational policies, he worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before establishing several non-profit organizations including Learning for All and Teach For Japan. In 2017, he resigned his CEO position at Teach For Japan and started his career as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University and as a Country Manager at Crimson Education Japan.

He is also a member of the Central Education Council for the Ministry of Education in Japan. He holds a Masters degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Graduate School of Education. He was selected as the most 100 influential people in Japan (Nikkei Business) and a member of World Economic Forum "Global Shapers Community".

Bob graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where he majored in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After graduation, Bob moved to Shanghai and began working in the education industry for an elite consultancy, mentoring students and instilling them with a sense of confidence and discipline for college and beyond. In addition, he managed a team of consultants, and regularly traveled around the country to deliver seminars, train teams, and sign cases. At Crimson, Bob manages a team of Strategy Consultants to deliver services to students all around the world.
